"Thank you really doesn't seem enough for what you have done for us. From the moment Mark recommended you, we knew that you would be perfect for Dad and you were, but more than that you were perfect for us too.
The time you gave us in our first meeting, you instinctively got what we were about and what we wanted for Dad - even though we hadn't the headspace to be entirely sure ourselves at that point!
The complete lack of ego, promptness of response, care, attention to detail - all exactly right. Allowing us the time we needed to be able to juggle everything, even though we knew what we had to do and by when (because you had laid it out so carefully for us) but still struggled to - there you were, helping us, getting us to where we needed to be.
Then there was yesterday. Absolute perfection. The timings, the way in which you delivered the words, you are a master at your craft and it was simply poetry.
The support you have given us is just beyond words. We cannot thank you enough for helping us through and giving Dad the perfect send off.
I've never heard so many people commenting about a service at a funeral before. What a beautiful service it was, how they couldn't believe they had only been in there for such a short time as it felt relaxed and unrushed. That Rob, was all down to you.
