Full consultation and service -Single documented Will, no special trust arrangements
Will with Trusts

Includes any arrangement where a specific trust (or trusts) is required in the Will, e.g. minors under 18, vulnerable persons, life interest trust, right of residence trust, and any other more complex Will trusts.
*In addition to the cost of a basic Will
Letter of Wishes

A letter of wishes is a document drawn up to accompany your will.
Will Storage

Fully Secured Will Storage (and service agreement)
(fee is payable via ‘Standing Order’ and is per document per annum)
Lasting Power of Attorney
£175 each
Includes acting as LPA Certificate Provider and LPA Witness.
An external fee of £82.00 is also payable to the Office Public Guardian per LPA.
